A true High Performing team will work with and for each other. In order to create this, you need to focus on building trust, alignment, and collaboration as well as developing clear communication techniques between team members at every level.
Being able to stop and assess where a team is at in terms of its’ performance, will allow them to identify areas of effectiveness as well as develop a proactive, collaborative approach to reach optimum performance levels.

Program Outline
The learning outcomes for this program are designed to assist you to:
- Identify what makes a High Performing Team
- Define the 3 elements of a High Performance and the various stages in team dynamics
- Review current team effectiveness using the High-Performance Team survey
- Identify potential causes of team misalignment or conflict.
- Outline the process to work through problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Identify specific areas of team strength and opportunities for improvement.
- Design strategies and create an action plan to move the team forward together
High Performance Team (HPT) Survey
Each team member will have the opportunity to complete a short on-line HPT survey. The survey is designed to identify the team’s current level of effectiveness across the 3 elements of a High Performing Team. The survey results will be used during the session to identify how the team is performing and help develop a plan of action to build on existing team dynamics..
