About CEC

With over 40+ years’ experience between us in the Learning and Development world and having worked with multiple industries both in Australia and overseas we started working together in 2016. From the very beginning, we quickly discovered that we both held a common passion for what we did and in helping people with their personal and professional growth and connection. 

​Over the past 8 plus years, we have designed and delivered multiple learning initiatives covering a large range of behavioural based learning programs including, personal development, coaching, change management, presentation skills, leadership and team development and wellbeing programs. During this time we have helped 100’s of individuals, teams and leaders at all levels to become the best versions of themselves. 

About Us

Cassandra Eifler – Director, Facilitator and Coach

Cassandra has always had a passion for understanding people, what makes them tick and helping them to continuously develop and grow, so after working in numerous leadership roles she made the move into the learning and facilitation field back in 2007. Since then, she has worked across various industries including travel, pharmaceutical, health & beauty, telecommunications and multiple high end retails companies including Priceline, Bunnings, Optus, Mecca, Hello World Travel, Billabong and Swiss Health.

Cassandra is high energy, fun and knows how to work with individuals, teams and leaders to get the best out of them to achieve success. She has an extensive background in Leadership, Team development, Customer service and Sales training and her passion for people and growth makes her a powerful agent for personal and professional change. ​

When not facilitating, you will find Cassandra somewhere near the water, laughing with family and friends, playing with her kids or singing her favourite show tunes. ​

Cassandra holds certifications in Whole Brain Thinking, Coaching, Neuro-linguistic programming and is a qualified Mindfulness Coach

Craig Edwards – Director, Facilitator and Coach

Craig’s true passion is helping individuals and teams succeed both personally and professionally which has seen him spend the past 25 years working with numerous organisations within the pharmaceutical, transport & logistics, retail, telecommunications banking & financial service sectors both in Australia and overseas including ANZ, Telstra, KPMG (America and Europe), Optus, Linfox, Coles and Priceline.

Craig has also held number of major positions throughout his career including Senior Learning Manager, Head of Design, and Global Learning Consultant.

Craig has developed an innovative style and an ability to quickly read and engage participants and large audiences in order to challenge their thinking and help them achieve sustainable personal change and business outcomes.

When not facilitating, Craig spends as much time as possible with his beautiful granddaughters and he has always been active in the sporting community, coaching various sporting teams across a range of different sports.

Craigs experience is backed up with accreditations in a number of tools including MBTI®, DiSC, Whole Brain Thinking and Hogan Personality Profiling.
